The final case relied on by Frances is Mohansh v. Thillainathan [2010] O.J. No. 1891, where Master Muir was prepared to order written questions in a case that involved a plaintiff who suffered from schizophrenia, which he described as a severe and chronic illness. The medical report filed in that case made it clear that the plaintiff had marked functional difficulties and outlined precisely what they were. It was clear the plaintiff would have little, if anything, to contribute by way of oral discovery. I see that case as wholly distinguishable from the matter before me. CONCLUSION
