As to the bargaining agent's assertion that the essence of the grievance involves issues other than those expressed on its face, the employer strenuously objects to the bargaining agent's attempt to alter the nature of the grievance at this late stage in the proceedings. The employer notes that in the grievance, the grievor relies solely on one provision of the collective agreement, clause 37.01. Accordingly, says the employer, the grievor should not be permitted to "boot strap" other issues onto the central human rights issue at this stage of the proceedings. See Burchill v.
