In King v. Low, supra, much reliance was placed upon the evidence of a social worker that a serious bond had been established between the adoptive parents and the child. In the meantime it appears the mother had not seen the child for a considerable period of time. By the time of trial, the child had been residing with the adoptive parents for a total of seven and a half months as an infant. The bond that was formed between the prospective adoptive parents and the child was a significant factor to the trial judge in determining that the child should not be returned to his birth mother.
