Similarly, in Currie v. Symcor (2008), 168 A.C.W.S. (3d) 280, 224 O.A.C. 3, the uncontradicted evidence of a senior official of one of the parties, relating to the nature of the party’s dealings with its law firm, was sufficient to presumptively establish solicitor-client privilege.
