By the same token, the contribution that does qualify under section 29 must be an already-unremunerated or inadequately (i.e. unfairly) remunerated contribution: Snook v. Snook, 2010 NLCA 57301 Nfld. & P.E.I.R. 113 at paragraph 28. Otherwise, a remedy under the section would lead to double compensation.
