It seems to me that the reasoning followed in Sifton v. Sifton, supra, applies here and my answer to No. (3) is that under the will she has the right to the use and occupation of the said land and the rents and profits arising therefrom during her lifetime whether or not she actually makes her home on it, but she must pay the taxes.
