The rule in Saunders v. Vautier provides that beneficiaries of a trust may end the trust and call in the property from the trustee: (1) if all the beneficiaries are under no legal incapacity, and (2) if the beneficiaries are unanimous and constitute the only persons entitled to the trust property.
