With respect to the law, she believed that the decision in Robertson v. R., supra, is the correct decision. When looking at the scenario where a person brings his property to another person and that person does something to the property and returns the property, what that person does cannot be a sale of the property back to the original person. It must be a service. They did something to it, to improve, adjust, alter or restore it, et cetera. It could be any number of services but it was a service.
