Parental alienation results from a combination of programming of indoctrinations by one parent adding to and/or colouring a child’s own feelings toward the other parent causing a negative emotional atmosphere between the child and the parent victim: see Pettenuzzo-Deschene v. Deschene, (2007) 2007 CanLII 31787 (ON SC), 40 R.F.L. (6th) 381 (Ont.Sup.Ct.) at ¶30.
