New Brunswick, Canada

The following excerpt is from Doaktown Transport Ltd. v. M R Martin construction inc., 2006 CanLII 6748 (NB CA):

In Noble v. Lourensse, [1997] N.B.J. No. 357 (Q.B.)(QL), Larlee J. (as she then was) refused to stay the execution of two judgments, holding that, without a proper evidentiary foundation, she could not accept the contention that execution of the judgments upon lands would constitute irreparable harm.
