All four of these objectives must be examined: Moge v. Moge, 1992 CanLII 25 (SCC), [1992] 3 S.C.R. 813 at 850-853 and the court must consider the condition, means, needs and other circumstances of each spouse, including the factors set out in s. 15.2(4): (a) the length of time the spouses cohabited; (b) the functions performed by each spouse during cohabitation; and (c) any order, agreement or arrangement relating to support of either spouse.
