In Kennedy v. Kennedy, [1996] O.J. No. 3282 (C.J.), Czutrin J. stated the following, at para. 14: By providing for a review rather than an indefinite, limited period or until the happening of a specified event order, the parties agreed and the court ordered that the issue of support will be returned to the court on 1 July 1995 and a change in circumstances was not necessary for the court to have jurisdiction.
