In Jukic v. Luta, 2009 BCSC 365, Truscott J. observed that: 41 It must be virtually impossible to perfectly match an offer to settle with the orders made in a family proceeding where so many issues are involved. I do not think the offeror should be held to that high standard in order to be entitled to double costs.
