On a review of the law in the circumstances of the parties and keeping in mind the principals set out in Moge v. Moge, I am satisfied that the agreement entered into between the parties is the appropriate amount to be awarded for interim spousal support. However, the reality is that the Wife is not employed. The Wife makes a reasonable request with respect for support to continue with her education and enhance her employment opportunities and the increased gain from meaningful employment.
