In the recent decision of Sniderman v. Sniderman et al. (1981), 25 R.F.L. (2d) 319, Pennell J. dealt with a fact situation in which a husband and wife lived separate and apart but under the same roof in the matrimonial home. The husband brought another woman into the home regularly and the wife found the woman's presence and actions objectionable. She applied for injunctive relief pursuant to the Family Law Reform Act In dismissing the application, Mr. Justice Pennell held that the husband had occupational and proprietary rights and the wife was seeking to interfere with those rights.
