unsuccessfully argued in Lazlo, supra, 206 Cal.App.4th at pages 1067-1068, that the trial court was prohibited from relying on the evidence obtained during the unlawful search under section 1538.5, subdivision (d) and People v. Zimmerman (1979) 100 Cal.App.3d 673. Defendant maintains that Lazlo was wrongly decided. We disagree.
