Henning (2009) 178 Cal.App.4th 388, 405-406, the court rejected this argument as well, holding that CALCRIM No. 220, in conjunction with other instructions on the separate elements of the charged offenses, adequately informed the jury that the prosecution was required to prove each element beyond a reasonable doubt.
