Finally, in her complaint plaintiff also attempts to assert a claim for a hostile work environment. Title VII prohibits an employer from "requiring people to work in a discriminatorily hostile or abusive environment."10 Harris v. Forklift Sys., Inc., 510 U.S. 17, 21 (1993). To state a viable hostile work environment claim under Title VII, a plaintiff must allege facts demonstrating "(1) that [s]he was subjected to verbal or physical conduct of a harassing nature, (2) that this conduct was unwelcome, and (3) that the conduct was sufficiently severe or pervasive to alter the conditions of the victim's employment and create an abusive working
