I find defendant did grab plaintiff by the nose and did commit an assault upon him. There is no evidence that plaintiff was physically injured on this occasion, but he is entitled to damages, nevertheless, for the assault. To touch a person without his consent or some other lawful reason, is actionable (Cole v. Turner [1704] 6 Mod. 149 [87 E.R. 907]).
