I was also referred to the decision of Arnold v. Teno et al (1978), 1978 CanLII 2 (SCC), 83 D.L.R. (3d) 609 (S.C.C.) on the issue of the liability of a parent and an operator of an ice cream truck to which children were attracted. The circumstances of that case are so different from our own that it is not of assistance in my opinion.
