If a parent is unable to pay for full-time childcare for their child, is the child entitled to a contribution to the cost of the nanny or childcare?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from C.V. v. S.G., 2019 ONCJ 159 (CanLII):

A contribution to the cost of a full-time nanny or childcare will be denied if the parent chooses to be unemployed and does not suffer from any disability that warrants the employment of a nanny or a live-in caregiver and housekeeper. See Forzley v. Forzley, [1997] B.C.J. No. 2881 (S.C.J.).
