Finally, where the case is a circumstantial one, the extradition judge is permitted to engage in a limited weighing of circumstantial evidence to ensure that inferences from the evidence are reasonably supportable. If there are competing inferences, and one of those inferences supports guilt, the person sought must be committed. As Neilson J.A. said in United States of America v. Hislop, 2009 BCCA 94:
