What are the consequences of an appeal against orders requiring security for costs and payment of further interim costs?

Prince Edward Island, Canada

The following excerpt is from D.S.S. v. N.M.G., 2012 PECA 20 (CanLII):

The orders requiring posting of security for costs and payment of further interim costs are the same as the earlier orders to the same effect that this court set aside on the previous appeal. The orders now appealed from should be set aside for the same reasons and on the same basis as set out in the reasons for judgment in DSS v. NMG 2012 PECA 14.
