Appellant contends that the trial court had no jurisdiction over two of the three counts of conviction because the statute of limitations had expired on those two offenses. Appellant raised this claim in a motion to set aside the information pursuant to section 995. The trial court denied the motion in a lengthy order. Appellant sought writ review of the ruling, which we denied on. (Lamb v. Superior Court, No. A081127.)
