In addition, the District Attorney is entitled to absolute prosecutorial immunity when acting within the scope of her duties as a prosecutor. Imbler v. Pachtman, 424 U.S. 409 (1976). Nothing in the complaint indicates that any of the District Attorney's alleged conduct was outside of her prosecutorial duties.
