Medical Board (2000) 85 Cal.App.4th 458, 102 Cal.Rptr.2d 115, in which the discipline imposed was limited to a monetary fine, notes preliminarily that MPA section 2337 was inapplicable because it did not involve revocation, suspension, or restriction of [the doctor's] license....
