1113 [no prejudice found where accurate written instructions were provided to the jury for use during deliberations].) We agree with the People. "Here, the trial court's instructions were delivered to the jury orally and in writing. Because the jury had access to the correct written instructions while deliberating, any error in reading the instructions was harmless." (People v. Rodriguez, supra, at p. 1113.)
