The fact that the principles in Corcoran allowing third party claims to stand, are restricted to situations where the third-party is alleged to have participated in the events giving rise to the initial loss and where there is the possibility of a claim against the third party for which the plaintiff may not be responsible was recently reaffirmed in Hengeveld v.
