Does a condominium corporation have any natural person powers?

Alberta, Canada

The following excerpt is from Maciejko v. Condominium Plan No. 9821495, 2012 ABQB 607 (CanLII):

This rule was subsequently restated in Condominium Plan No. 992 5205 v. Carrington Developments Ltd., 2004 ABCA 24, 354 A.R. 371 at para. 9: A condominium corporation owes its existence to the Act and can only exercise the powers granted therein. Unlike a business corporation which enjoys the natural person powers ... a condominium corporation operates only within the powers granted by the Act
