In Cole v. Dresser Canada Ltd.[5], the plaintiff was demoted and his salary frozen where there had been an agreement that it there would be no salary freeze.

In Lynch v. Mac Carter Ltd.[6], the plaintiff was not paid a 10% bonus when it was found that this was an integral part of his employment contract.

In Nerada v. Hobart Canada Inc[7]., the withdrawal of use of a company vehicle was found to be a breach of an agreed term of the employment contract and of significant value to the plaintiff in the context of the overall contract.
