1 Blocker filed a motion for a temporary restraining order and/or a preliminary injunction. The district court treated the request as one for a preliminary injunction. Accordingly, the district court's order is appealable. See Graham v. Teledyne-Continental Motors, 805 F.2d 1386, 1388 (9th Cir.1986), cert. denied, 484 U.S. 815 (1987).
