BIGELOW, J.—This is an application by an executrix for advice and directions. The first question, as to whether the executrix shall pay the share due to one of the legatees who has become insane, to a guardian appointed in the State of Minnesota, was not contested, and it is agreed that our Courts should recognize the appointment of a foreign guardian. There is authority for this: Pelegrin v. Coutts & Co. [1915] 1 Ch. 696, 84 L.J. Ch. 576. Directions accordingly.
