What are significant changes to a support order?

New Brunswick, Canada

The following excerpt is from McCluskey v. Doiron, 2001 NBQB 130 (CanLII):

[20] This Court finds that these changes are significant changes as defined in Willick v. Willick (1994), 1994 CanLII 28 (SCC), 6 R.F.L. (4th) 161 (S.C.C.). Because I find that these changes are significant, I must reconsider the whole situation and make a new support order based on the facts as they are today.
