In my view, the respondent applicant has made out a case for the court exercising its discretion to make an award of interim spousal support in the face of the prenuptial agreement on the basis that she has demonstrated a prima facie case for spousal support based on a material change in circumstances as that expression has been judicially reviewed in Willick v. Willick 1994 CanLII 28 (SCC), [1994] 3 S.C.R. 670.
