I will now consider whether Jeana has established a strong prima facie case. However, I must also bear in mind that the defendants strenuously deny all of Jeana's allegations of wrongdoing, and if I were to embark on a detailed analysis of the facts or evidence, I might run the risk identified by Fitch J., as he then was, in United States v. Rogan, 2014 BCSC 1016 at paragraph 130 of "the premature adjudication of factual issues on [which] might turn out to be an incomplete record."
