The following excerpt is from People v. Sanborn, A159937 (Cal. App. 2020):
"During the probationary period, the court retains jurisdiction over the defendant [citations], and at any time during that period the court may, subject to statutory restrictions, modify the order suspending imposition or execution of sentence. ( 1203.3.)" (People v. Howard, supra, 16 Cal.4th at p. 1092.) But after a defendant is discharged from probation, the court has no jurisdiction. As the court explained in People v. Lewis (1992) 7 Cal.App.4th 1949, 1955-1956, "termination of probation or discharge from probation following completion of the probation term formally end[s] the conditions of
