"The remedy authorized by the anti-SLAPP statute is a special motion to strike any cause of action which arises from an 'act of [the defendant] in [19 Cal.4th 1132] furtherance of the [defendant's] right of petition or free speech under the United States or California Constitution in connection with a public issue....'
