13. Subject-matter jurisdiction over this litigation is founded on diversity of citizenship pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1332. We note that, although the parties appear to have misapprehended the test for determining the citizenship of a limited-liability company, see Handelsman v. Bedford Vill. Assocs. Ltd. P'ship, 213 F.3d 48, 5152 (2d Cir.2000), the record before us supports the conclusion that there is complete diversity of citizenship among the parties to these appeals.
