The following excerpt is from People v. Rivera, F060080, Super. Ct. No. F09903080 (Cal. App. 2011):
Rivera argues that reversal of the judgment is imperative since prejudicial error arose from the cumulative impact of individual errors. The Attorney General argues the contrary. Since Rivera fails to persuade us that any error occurred, his cumulative error argument is meritless. (People v. Heard (2003) 31 Cal.4th 946, 982.)
The judgment is affirmed.
