The trial court's error is harmless beyond a reasonable doubt under the federal standard. (People v. Flood (1998) 18 Cal.4th 470, 504 [harmless beyond a reasonable doubt].) It is also harmless under the state standard because it is not reasonably probable defendant would have achieved a more favorable outcome absent the error.
