In People v. Sanchez (1982) 131 Cal.App.3d 718, multiple abrasions and lacerations, a long diagonal scratch across the back, numerous small lacerations on the neck, with serious swelling and bruising of the right eye, and a swollen cheek supported a finding of great bodily injury. (Id. at p. 733.) Lastly, as noted above, a bone fracture supports a finding of great bodily injury.
