In short, with respect to both of counsel's alleged failings, defendant fails to demonstrate that counsel's performance fell below an objective standard of reasonableness and that, even if counsel's performance was somehow deficient, there is a reasonable probability that defendant would have obtained a more favorable result in the absence of counsel's failings.
