What is the test for a motion to vacate an arbitration award?

On December 17, 2013, the trial court held a hearing and then denied the petition to vacate the arbitration award on two independent grounds. First, the court found that the petition was untimely because it was filed after the 100-day deadline for filing a petition to vacate an arbitration award. ( 1288.)
