The following excerpt is from People v. Odam, 69 Cal.App.4th 1192, 82 Cal.Rptr.2d 184 (Cal. App. 1999):
"The facts must be such that the consequences of the negligent acts could reasonably have been foreseen and it must appear that the danger to human life was not the result of inattention, mistaken judgment or misadventure, but the natural and probable result of aggravated, reckless or grossly negligent acts."
