11. Code of Civil Procedure section 338, subdivision (d), specifies a three-year limitations period for actions grounded on fraud or mistake, and "[t]he cause of action in that case is not deemed to have accrued until the discovery, by the aggrieved party, of the facts constituting the fraud or mistake." The statute of limitations for interference with prospective economic relations is two years. (Code Civ. Proc., 339, subd. 1; see Augusta v. United Service Automobile Assn. (1993) 13 Cal.App.4th 4, 10 ["[i]t is now well established that a cause of action for interference with prospective economic advantage, an action involving a property right, is governed by the two-year limitations period of section 339, subdivision 1"].)
