The statutory limitations period for breach of contract commences when the party wronged knows, or reasonably shoudl know of the breach. (Budd v. Nixen, 6 Cal.3d 195, 203, fn. 6, 98 Cal.Rptr. 849, 491 P.2d 433.) From the pleadings presented it is possible that the statute of limitations may be Tolled if a contractual relationship existed between the parties. 2
