The following excerpt is from People v. Smith, 214 Cal.App.3d 904, 263 Cal.Rptr. 155 (Cal. App. 1989):
"In reviewing the sufficiency of the evidence, we must draw all inferences in support of the verdict that can reasonably be deduced and must unhold the judgment if, after viewing all the evidence in the light most favorable to the [214 Cal.App.3d 918] prosecution, any rational trier of fact could have found the elements of the crime beyond a reasonable doubt. [Citation.]" (People v. Miranda, supra, 44 Cal.3d at p. 86, 241 Cal.Rptr. 594, 744 P.2d 1127.) That standard has been fully met in this case.
