The following excerpt is from The People v. Johnson, C060778, No.05F10938 (Cal. App. 2010):
Defendant was found guilty on count 29 and the attached personal firearm use enhancement was found true. The abstract of judgment indicates the court imposed a consecutive 25-yearto-life sentence plus a 10-year sentence on the enhancement. However, the record reflects this 10-year enhancement was not orally imposed at sentencing. This error requires remand for resentencing. (See People v. Taylor (1971) 15 Cal.App.3d 349, 353.)
