"[T]he lodestar method requires the trial court to first determine a touchstone or lodestar figure based on a careful compilation of the time spent and reasonable hourly compensation for each attorney. [Citations.] The trial court may then augment or diminish the touchstone figure by taking various relevant factors into account. [Citations.]" (Vo v. Las Virgenes Municipal Water Dist.
