Defendant did not present any evidence to contradict the allegations against him, or assist the court in its sentencing. Therefore, we hold that the court's use of the probation report and police report was reasonable, and the evidence presented validates the court's imposition of the gang-related conditions. (See Pen. Code, 1204.)
